      2. Original receipt must be presented as proof of purchase at Toolssavvy.ph.
      3. Items must be exchanged within Seven (7) days from date of purchase;
      4. Items must be in the same condition as when purchases, with its original packaging;
      5. Exchange will not be accepted on any items with incomplete accessories, used,damage due to improper use or mishandling.

      Shipping policy

      All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

      Flat rate shipping: We offer Php 250.00 flat rate shipping to Metro Manila Customers.

      Deliveries are made from 8:30am to 5:30pm on Mondays to Saturdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

      In-store pickup

      You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our physical shop. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

      Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30am-5:30pm on Mondays to Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
