1. Payment Options

To ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience, Toolssavvy.ph offers the following payment methods:

  • Bank Deposit / Digital Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for items up to 20 kg within Metro Manila
  • Cash on Pickup for orders collected at our store (when available)

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise.


2. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required for orders placed using Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer before items can be processed or shipped.
  • Bank transfer payments must include proof of payment and may require manual verification before order confirmation.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders within Metro Manila and for items up to 20 kg.
  • Orders may be placed on hold until payment confirmation is verified.

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices displayed on toolssavvy.ph are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes may be calculated during checkout depending on the order.
  • Shipping charges may vary depending on the item size, weight, destination, and courier availability.
  • Shipping fees may be confirmed after order review for certain items or bulk shipments.
  • Discounts and promotional pricing are valid only during the specified promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Secure Transactions

  • We use SSL encryption and secure website infrastructure to protect customer information.
  • Sensitive payment details are not stored on our servers.
  • Payments processed through third-party providers follow PCI-DSS security standards to ensure secure transactions.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Refund requests are subject to item inspection and approval.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and disputed with the payment provider.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact our support team first to resolve billing concerns before initiating chargebacks.

6. Fraud Protection

  • Toolssavvy.ph reserves the right to cancel, hold, or review any order suspected of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • High-value purchases may require additional identity verification or payment confirmation.
  • Orders containing incomplete, mismatched, or suspicious billing information may be cancelled or delayed.
